Adams Manufacturing Acquires Commercial Christmas Hardware

Acquisition strengthens Adams’ position as a single-source solution for Commercial, Professional and Casual Christmas Decorating Hardware

PORTERSVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA, November 8, 2016 –Adams Mfg. Corp. today announced that it has completed its acquisition of Lubbock, Texas-based Commercial Christmas Hardware (CCH).

Commercial Christmas Hardware was founded in 2011 and is well known for their innovative Made in USA hardware products—ranging from light clips and shingle tabs to Christmas light stakes and other specialized hardware.
CCH products are currently sold through some of North America’s largest mass merchant and hardware retailers.

The acquisition of CCH further strengthens Adams’ industry leadership by providing a single-source solution to address the diverse hardware and Christmas accessory needs of the Commercial, Professional and Casual Decorator Marketplace.
